Razor Build question

I had two questions regarding the Razor build - was wondering if some of you MA experts can lend a hand,

1. I installed the main gear per the instructions - I have a very sllight (very slight) up/down movement of the main gear after installation - is this OK?

2. What is the best way to get those little cerclips on the mixer arms - man, those are a pain to get on each side of the little metal hinges.

the razor manual shows a couple of views of how to do it. Look in the Extreme manual on miniature's site for more detailed pictures or at the Stratus manual for a more detailed written description of the process

SPEED CONTROL WIRING CORRECTION. In photo 8A.6.e, showing the installation of the jumperwire to the speed controller, the polarity of the wiring is incorrect. Be certain when wiring the connectors to the speed control that once mated the connectors will put a red speed control wire on a red battery wire and likewise a black speed control wire on a black battery wire. On the solder side of the deans connectors there is a small "+"and "-" molded into the plastic, if you always put red speed control wires on "+" and black ones on "-" you can't go wrong. Jeff, if you didn't use the jumper, how else would you set it up - I am new to this electric game,
But I did install the jumper per your comments above,
