No Sound with Phoenix

I just installed the program and fully updated it today. It was working fine for about an hour but now I have no sound. The in game volume is at 100 and I have sound with everything else on my computer. Anyone know how to fix it?

I don't know how to fix it Danny, but the Phoenix guys are quick to respond to emails.

I have a selector on my speakers which i can switch to 6 channel direct, the only way i can get sound is by using this setting but it only comes out of the rear speakers which is really anoying. I have tried everything to get it to work through the front speakers but nothing happends. I still get sound on everything else on my computer as you say, so your not alone. :dontknow

well I have found that I have to turn on the program, then unplug the conector that came in the box, and then plug it back it for the sound to work. My computer will make the USB sound when you do that and then the sound in phoenix will work fine.
