My lama started doing this for some reason, maybe after a slight crash. I have the aluminum upgrade inner shaft, and had problems with this before. But I got it to work normally, but now it is back to this again. The top blades dont seem to want to move fast enough. Suggestions? Here is the video.

The top blades are not even powered for some reason. Either a motor is not connected, a gear is not engaging, or you have an electronics problem.

great..somebody told me the blades are too loose. could that be it?

No. The grips aren't even turning.
I think the setscrew that locks the inner shaft to its gear is not tight, or possibly the pinion gear is loose on its shaft. My CX had a similar problem which was the result of the pinion gear sliding down the shaft and missing most of the teeth on the big gear. I pushed the pinion gear back up a bit and put epoxy on it. Eventually replaced the motor and the inner shaft... cuz the gear teeth were messed up as a result of being out of alignment.
