I have an Eagletree E-LOGGER (http://www.eagletreesystems.com/MicroPower/micro.htm) with the Brushless RPM Sensor (http://www.eagletreesystems.com/accessories/7.htm). These are on my Razor 600E (http://www.miniatureaircraftusa.com/helicopterkits/1027_razor_600e/1027_kit_main.asp) along with a Kontronic Tango 45-08 (http://www.kontronikusa.com/motors/tango.html) motor. The ratio is whatever Miniature Aircraft sent me for the Jazz 55/Tango 45-08/10s combo.

The question is, what calibration value should I set in the Flight Data Recorder software to graph accurate head speed? Right now it is .005 but, that is totally a guess. It has been too cold to strap the Razor to a bench outside and read the head speed with a tach.

You should have 14.25:1 if I am not mistaken.

If you go the other way, it might be 0.07 (ie. 1 divided by 14.25). I guess it depends on whether it wants a multiplier or divisor. if it is set at 0.005 now, it looks like it wants a multiplier, so try 0.07. (29600 motor rpm x 0.07 = 2072 headspeed).
