no balance connector on thunderpower receiver pack - ok?

just bought a thunderpower receiver pack, 2 cell, 3400 ma
it did not come with a balance connector.

all my other batteries did, but then again they are high amperage draw and this one is just for the receiver/servo/gyro power.

will it be ok without balancing? since thunderpower didnt use a balancing connector it would seem so, but....

or should i add a balance connector?
