These are clones. However, these are supposed to be top of the line clones and they are a bit pricey compared to some other clones.

They are clones, I have their 450 and 600. You cant tell the difference between them and Align. They aren't like the HK clones or any of the other ones.

From what I know the 600 is quite diffrent from the 600ESP since it has a wider frame. Some parts fit but not others. It'll be interesting to know whats different on the 700.

i have an RC aero 600 esp chaos, there quaility is the best out there compared to other clones . its wider then the align esp 600, u have to use there RC aero battery tray,RX tray and lower frame(or use the aligns and put 3mm spacers on each side) it uses the nitro main shaft and rear tranny case. i bet there 700 quality will be just as good, they have the best customer service out there that not even align can complete with

Oh no... I got my chaos 600 and th canopy had a crack thanks to fed ex. Called RCA sent me a new one no questions asked no charge, had an issue with my swash.they sent a new one no questions asked. Had a crash cause of a part failure, they gave me a new 600 kit next to NOTHING. I know align won't do that at all

That is good, can't fault it but an Align helo would not have that many issues in one box and though Align itself would not be the one you deal with the US distributor or the reseller you got it from should replace parts you have issues with. I buy from Curt at Performance Plus RC and he does.

Good luck beating RCA's customer service! I have had one small problem out of the four heli's of theirs I own. I called to give Cliff (just to give him a heads up), I wasn't expecting a replacement part or anything like that....A couple days later I had a replacement part in my mailbox and he called to follow up and make sure everything was ok.....

I'm still waiting for the Chaos 700, and I will hold my breath to see whether it is a clone of the Align 700.

However, I would disagree if calling the Chaos 600E to be a clone. Clone from what? It's not identical with the Align 600ESP or other Align 600 electric helicopter. This is another brand name that fixes other flaws. Dont' forget that Align originally was also a clone from TT:roll:.

All I care is its new fixes and high quality parts. My Chaos 600 came together smoothly with very minor hickup.

.

Huh? No they weren't. I think you are thinking of Gohbee.

The original grey plastic T-rex looks just like a miniaturized Raptor with mechanical mixing and all. I believe this is what he is talking about.

The Trex was no more a clone of a Thunder Tiger than the Century helis were of the old 1001 Xcell .60...

The only truely original idea I can remeber was the Kalt ZR...

Exactly. The only similarity was the pitch arm with the aileron servo in it. Totally different head, frames, tail, everything.

Your tail blades are backwards or they are technically on right if you twisted your belt in the wrong direction assuming that is the belt version. Either way, something is wrong.

Thanks for a detail look. Picture shows the K&B blade fitting very well, but not its orientation. The Chaos has a black CF tail blade with the kit.

The 700's are in but they are making a couple small tweaks to the kits and are waiting on some parts. I built the one in the video and have done some test flying for them. The manufacturer forgot to ship the motors and ESC with the kits so RCA had to wait on those. There are one or two other small changes that they wanted the factory to make to keep the quality on par with the rest of the Chaos line. They will be posted online very soon. RCA has waited because they didn't want to put out a kit and then have customers be unhappy with them....I will post here as soon as they are put up on the website
