CC 45 HV IN LOGO 10'S

Well i figured since the CCC85 is working really good wiht the Hacker A 50 motors i figured i would go ahead and try to get a CC45 HV going in my one of my logo10's to get ready for the A40's

First test was wiht a Z30a 1100 motor in gov mod and ti was ROCK SOLID!! man incredible power for 5 minutes
Motor temps 125
battery temps 118
esc temps 108

this is after 5 minutes of hard 3d i put 8 flgiths on it today more to come......

45 is abit on the edge don't you think? For FFF and rolls n loops ok, but for continuos smack you don't feel there will be any issues pushing past 60 amps steady?

OICU812 i put 8 flights on it the temps i seen was the hottest it ever got i think it iwll be fine becuase i was throwing smack @ it every flight!!! We was gogin to shoot some video but my camera battery is bad didnt know it till i turned it on @ the feild

Booby, what's your honest opinion on the gov mode? I pretty much wrote off Castle after a series of failures I had but I hear people are having better luck with them now. It would be nice to use one on my L600 just because of the price.

Motions honestly i have had my issues wiht CC i revisited them @ hte begiining of 2006 as i was tesitng Belt drives in the Ion x and i found one that work flawless but i had another that smoked 2 packs and damaged a motor so i quit using them

Talking wiht Clintstone and Will james i decide to revisit them the new software is working really good the Key to the CC is setting it up right and knowing the sequence of connecting the battery to the CC controller and to the CC link if done wrong it can lock up the controller

The governer is ROCK SOLID ididnt really think i could pull so much power threw alittle LOGO 10 the machine just flies incredible maintnce is minimal and it performs flawless for my stylle of flying. With the CC45 working well it is just solid power for 5 minutes then boom battery dumps no issues @ all

Another thing i might add i sold all my 90 glow machines and i havent even touched my L14 both of my L10 are flying very nice i probably have siad this before but i dont think there is any E helicopter wiht the Quality of the L10 that will give you this type of performance!!!! For the dollar!!!

Sounds real good Bobby :D. Curious, are you flying your L10 stretched on 550's or stock on 500's??

I just got mine upgraded to CF frames and Futaba 9650 servos. In the process of tuning it though.

Chachin it is stretched!!! 555 blades i might throw in my plastic 3d is flying circles around my carbon machine now and iam using the Jr sevos in both that are pretty much drop in replacements

Boom just fitted my Carbon L10 wiht a CC45 tonight looking forwrd to the Pc FF here in florida this weekend

Good to know that Bobby, I'll keep mine stretched then... I just need to get some 6S packs from TP.

Yeap, I remember the JR servos fitting much better in the L10 frames. The 9650's BARELY fit in the CF servo plates, but they still fit (luckily).

I hope you guys get some videos at the PC event :D.

Does anyone run with a Futaba 9CHP Super and CCHV45? I have always set my own pitch/thro settings and would like to try governor mode. But I am a little hesitant and would like to get some help on settings.
