THIS WILL BE THE SECOND EVENT HELD WITH THE ROSEVILLE PARKS AND RECREATION DISTRICT!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND A THIRD IS SCHEDULED ALLREADY....................... I THINK THE ADDRESS IS 1545 FOOTHILLS BLVD...... THE CROSS STREET IS WOODCREEK OAKS.............ITS AT THE SPORTS COMPLEX ON THE LEFT SIDE OF FOOTHILLS BLVD........ GO TO THE MAIN ENTRANCE TO THE LARGEST BUILDING WICH CONTAINS THE INDOOR OLYMPIC SIZE GYMNASIUM WITH 60 FOOT CEILINGS......... THE FLYIN IS HELD THERE IN THE EVENING...........I AM EXPECTING A LARGE TURN OUT.................... LAST EVENT ATTRACTED ABOUT 50 FLYERS AND 150 ONLOOKERS THROUGHOUT THE EVENING...........THERE WAS A RAFFLE AND SEVERAL SMALL PLANE KITS,GIFT CERTIFICATES, AND PARTS WERE GIVEN AWAY TO SUPPORT THE NEXT EVENTS.............IF ANYBODY NEEDS MORE INFO i WILL BE POSTING A FEW MORE THINGS LATER.....................AMA MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED TO FLY................. ITS ONLY $58.00 FOR THE YEAR AND THAT IS THE CHEAPEST INSURANCE I HAVE EVER HAD TO PAY............!!!!!THIS IS SMALL SCALE ELECTRIC FIXED WING TO MEDIUM SIZE HELICOPTERS.............

I was at the event last month and it was a great turnout. Maybe a little crowded for newbie flyers, but it's great to get out and socialize with other R/C'ers!

I posted the wrong street name on the last post............ The address is 1545 pleasantgrove blvd............ The cross street is Woodcreekoaks.....The first turn out was very good and the last event was pretty good as well but we still need lots more to get thier stuff out and come have fun............ There are a few people there who have a parts stock for the flyers.... I am one........ If you need some parts for a blade cp cp-pro or cx/cx2 as well as upgrade parts I can bring them to you at the event if you let me know you need something specific, but I cary blades, batteries, motors,main shafts,fly bars, and have access to anything you need...... Another person who sells heli parts is Bob at HOTHELI.COM.......... He deals with the T-Rex but also has batteries,servos,gyros and is capable of getting what you need for your birds............... If anyone out there wants to bring caned foods to the next event I will accepting items for donations to the Childrens foundation......... So let everyone know that you can to make the next event...... I will probably have a few things for the raffle next time as well so GET IT TOGETHER AND COME FLY ON MARCH 16th's INDOOR FLYIN!!!!
