Does anyone know if the DURALITE FP 4S 3700 can be charged/balanced with the TP 1010 and the 210 Balancer without any modifications to the plugs or buying some type of adapter?

If they are the NEW formulation then they will have TP balance plugs so the answer is yes.

Bounce the wiring diagram for the TP balancer against the FP wiring diagram.
The FP packs do have a TP plug but I had to switch the #5 and #6 wires to get it to work with my E-Station 902/PB-6 combo with their TP adapter.
