May i know how do i take out the Roll Pin from the gear ?

The reason is because i want to change my old gear to a new gear but i am having problems removing the pin from the tail case.

You can use a roll pin punch or an arbor press. A regular punch will work also but the roll pin punch is best. Just make sure you support the gear in a v-block type of arrangement.

Here's a picture of a roll pin punch.

MA has a tool that is sold for changing the roll pin tail gears. It consist of holder place the gear on. Couple of punches to drive the pins out and then back in. There is holes in the holder that will allow the pin to go into them. Makes the changing the gears easy and the tool is inexpensive.
Don't remember the part number.

Kenny,
That is not the part number for the tool for changing the open gears. I will see if I can find it. I have seen them, just don't remember the part number.

Those are pictures and threads about the metal out put gear and the CNC delrin input gear. MA started selling those a couple of months ago. They have been being tested by the MA team pilots for several months. You will still need the open tail box gear changing tool to change the input gear. It uses a roll pin to hold it to the shaft.
