according to that .pdf sounds like the FAA isn't concerned too much with visual line of sight, light and slow aircraft (you and me) but rather the larger beyond line of sight, fast and heavy (relatively) aircraft. Looks like they are entertaining the idea of a new AC for guys like us.

I reread it DJ and I see your point.
It's the lack of a direct statement reguarding our application that worries me. I want to do it right and I can't afford to waite either. Bills have to be paid and the FAA isn't going to pay them, they need to give us something definative now. I refuse to accept that they can publish this and say they haven't addressed our situation by leaving us hanging. :arggg: They have job security and I believe they have to deal with this in a more timely mannor. It's their job and responsibility.
I don't see where they have grounded us but they aren't saying go ahead either. Which is more wrong.... :roll:
