pull into a loop and be very careful not to give any l/r corrections try and keep constant f/r cyclic and see which way it pulls.
Thats how i checked my rappy it seemed to work decent

Align your flybar with the center of the boom. (Blades are now at 90 degrees to the helicopter fuse.) Look through the hole in the outer swashplate that does not have a link ball attached to it. (Only 3 out of the 4 holes are actually used.) If your radius block is aligned correctly, you should have an inner swash plate ball centered right in that opening. If not, rotate the radius block until you do.
This is a really simple process and I hope that Hirobo can explain it a little better in the next versions of their manuals.

Hi, I checkd the timing like you said, I lined up the flybar with the tailboom, and all the piviot balls on the swashplate lined up, ---- Next step is to take it to the field and give a try?

After checking the phase timing like you guys said and replacing the elevator servo, I took the eagle to the field, the bird lifted straight up and hovered like a Hirobo Eagle should, YESSS!!!! :D :)
And again thanks for all the info, especially you Kinger for the details.
