Basically what you do is line up the flybar so it runs from head to tail, then check the position of your swashplate. The inner balls should fall almost in-line with the outer ones. If they don't, you can rotate the radius block to line them up.
As I remember on my EVO, if you are looking at the aileron servo side of the heli, the inner ball is a fraction to the rear of the elevator ball link.
