After many blade grip replacements , I decided to give the super glue a go. Glueing the post back onto the grip , checking alingnment via the molding marks and brakage , I would like to share that it works like champ. So save those grips and posts for one more go round! :) :!:

i've saved more than 10 pairs that way already  . ur not the first one :D i've even partially 'made' a blade grip. it was busted near teh mixer part. can only find one part, so there is a 'gap' with nothing in it. some CA, and white foam... sand it down... and better than new  . there's really not much force acting on teh head of the little blade.

rudderman,
no, don't glue the bladesto the grips, glue the grips back together only if they're broken.
ie. crash, blade grip broken in 2 pieces (near the mixer), glue the 2 pieces back together and your good to go (if you don't have other damage).
