LiPo top off?

Hi,

I'm new to LiPo tech, I was wondering if it is a good idea to "top off" a LiPo before use? I have 3 TP 2100 3s and I fully chaged them a week ago, not used them for 5 days, should I top them up before I head out to the feild?

Nope, self discharge for a lipo is very low.
