I was wondering if anybody knows of a small digital camera light enough for the trex 450, that can do video. I would like to do some simple onboard video flights, and I don't want the hassle of transmitting the video to a reciever and recording it.

Most small digitals can do video, just look for one weighing 6 oz or less with the capability of 640 x 480 at 30fps.

I've gone heavier Tony S. My Rex carries a Fuji E900 , 9.2 oz with 2 AA nimh bats. I was really impressed by the video from it.
2 guys at a construction site asked if I was taking video. I had taken none ,ever, with that cam. I said "no but let's try" as I was already done taking stills. 640x480 30fps,stabilized,sweeeet.

Here is some video shot with the oregon sientific action camera on my t-rex 450, shot on the site for the 2012 olympics sailing in portland UK.

I think the strange wobble must be vibration? anyone got any ideas?
