How much imbalance of the pack is ok after a flight?

Also, how much imbalance is ok for a new pack?

Received 2 new TP2070mah xtreme packs yesterday and they were 0.14 volt and 0.15 volt imbalance at cell #1...

I only own one TP pack, a 5000 6S and when I got it home and went to charge for the first time 5 cells were at 3.82V and one was at 3.79V. It took almost 3hrs to slow balance charge but since then its been through 10 cycles or so and has stayed pretty close to balanced every time.

All 4 of my TP 2100 packs seem to always run 0.07v - 0.09v out of balance when they hit the charger. 2 of the 4 will usually balance out to zero and the other 2 usually hit 0.05. Age doesn't seem to matter as it's pack 1 and 4 that are "best behaved".

Both of my Align 4400s are out of balance enough after a flight to make the 210 squawk a bit...

Can't wait until I can afford a couple FP packs..
