Hi,
This may sound like a dumb question to many of you, but i have just begun assembly of my Gaui EP 425 kit.

I am wondering if either Vaseline Petrolium Jelly or 3 in 1 oil is suitable to lubricate all of the bearings ?

Thanks,
Michael

Also, would the following kit be a good fit for this heli ? I dont much care for the "Milk Bottle" Canopy ?

...I use Tri-Flow on all my helis...either in the drip bottle or the small sprayer. Scorpion motor oil will work too, but I want a little better quality oil with the TFE.
One drop will do and then let set to flow through and wipe dry. don't forget the tail pitch slider and swash/washout/pins. Get some Silicone spray as well for the belts if you run them.
I like the Heli-artist stuff....I'm too cheap to spring for one, so clearance sale Fusuno canopies for me...!

3-in-1 may be too thick to penetrate into such small bearings. I've been using Trinity Royal Oil bearing lube. Here's a quote I found on it:

"Trinity's 'Royal Oil' is repackaged military spec synthetic bearing lubricant for gyros (MIL-L-6085D). It is sold by many manufacturers under many names around the world. The lubricant is extremely light and attracts far less dirt than petroleum."

I've been using it since my days in RC Truck Racing and it has always worked fantastically. Super light and penetrates exceptionally well.
