WOW, TP is replacing my 210 balancer

Just got an email from Shawn at TP, telling me that they were sending me a brand new 210v balancer for the one I returned to them that burned out.

I had hoped their CS was this good, and now I know!!!!

I am totally happy with my TO1010 charger, and my 2- tp 210v balancer's, and after just having a problem with one of the balancer's, and returning it, I am happy that they are sending a new one without the usual BS you get from those that are less than the best..

Just thought you all would like to know that the warrant dept is kicka$$............ :mrgreen:

ye[p they are sending me a new one out also they have been very good i had a falty status led so i phoned up the shiop were i got it they phoned thunder power and they told the shop to send me a brand new one that whas very good of them :noteworthy :D
