If my fly-bars are off balance will that make my tail bounce and unstable??

Which direction is your tail bouncing? Left-right? Up-down? All?

Seems like the vibration is in the tail.
turned out today i was givin her another shot and my tail motor died on me well it was barely moving at full throttle played with the gain and no affect... Guess its time for a DD tail.. Thank for the input gents :)
