heli Aerobatic videos how-to

Anyone know of any good videos that describe/show what and how to do most of the main heli 3d manuvers? example: tic tocs, rainbows, hurricanes,etc...

I've never seen it but read that the Alan Szabo video shows the transmitter sticks in picture while it shows the heli flying.
