I am stoked!

This is my first non plastic fantastic.

Engine Bearings: I am getting a new OS Hyper 50 for this bird. Should I go ceramic bearings or not??? I have heard some cons about ceramic bearings. Are they justified or only myths??

Governor: I am getting a governor for this bird. My first governor. Of all the components on a heli, the only one that intimidates me is the governor. I want simple! What is the easiest most user friendly governor between the new CY ATG Gov and the MultiGov? Those are the only 2 I am interested in.

Thanks,
Rockohaulic

Hey Rock,

A friend of mine is useing the multiGov on his Evo 50 and 90 and swears by them, I'm going to go that route for my next glow machine.

Congrats on your decission to get a Hurrican, you won't regret it.

I have seen hit or miss luck with the Ceramics. Mine are fine and have been in about a year but I have a friend who has been through two sets in that amount of time.

I like the Muli-Gov and the throttle jockey. I have never tried an ATG but everything else Curtis is selling works great (if you can stand the noise of a MP)

I love the CY Radix blades!

And I had a Toki 40 pipe on my OS37 (EVO 30) and it was loud and high pitched. I put a MPII on it and it was better.

You will love the Hurrican. I think its the perfect 50 size heli.
Keep us informed on your build.
