It's been too cold here to fly outside since I got my mini Titan so I've only hovered in the basement while setting it up. My hover area was fairly small down stairs and the mini-T seemed a bit hard to keep in a steady hover. I figured it was because it's a mini.

Today it actually warmed up so I flew it outside for the first time. All I can say is OMG! I couldn't believe how stable it hovers!!! I would say it hovers as good or better than my R30 and R60!

There must have been a lot of turbulance in the basement because it was a night and day difference. My second battery just arrived so now I can double my flight time.

I love my mini Titan !!!

You need to watch out for ceiling fans when flying indoors. (dont ask me how I know that, just trust me)

Hey Don,
Nice going. Its been quite cold in the northeast as well. However over the weekend i built the mini titan and this morning brought it out for a test flight. It is stable. Just would like to know what servos you used. I dremeled my brackets to fit the 65mg.

I bought a combo kit with 3 HS-55's and 1 HS-50 for the tail. The combo was $66. I also had to pull out the dremel. I had a cheap gyro from xmhobbies that a few people said worked fine but mine kept drifting clockwise in the warm basement and ccw outside. I stole the gy240 from my Raptor30 and installed that. Works fine now.

Just doesn't seem right to steal parts from one heli to use on another heli...
