I just received the V200D01 with the 2801 Pro. I've been using Radd's and am up to training gear on and scooting around the garage until I used a little too much elev and tipped forward. Small flat spot on the main gear and noisy so I changed the main gear. Taking off the blades I sheared one of the pan head bolts so have ordered a screw set and am out of business for a while.
My question is: How can you get the switches on the 2801 to operate the D/R for Rudder, Aileron and Elevator. I see the 2801 is in 2401 compatibility but when I flip the switches and watch the servo travel I don't see any difference. I was surprised to see how slow the servos were to make the change from 0 to 100% but evidently a very small move makes a big difference.
The 2801 manual leaves much to be desired for a noob.

You need to select your V200 on the 2801pro, then enter the "stick" section and select 2801mode. Then exit and setup your D/R and Expo which will now be availlable. On completion you should save changes and go back to "stick" section and revert to 2401mode. The changes will remain current if you follow the correct process. DR and EXPO all work on my 4CH heli's flown on my 2801proTX.

**WARNING** make sure you dont accidentally change your flight mode from Mode2 to Mode1 while in the stick section or you will have a bad day. Always check this with 2801pro TX as it reverts other slots after any model slot deletion due to software bug.

Sorry. Never did try what was suggested. I'm still flying my 2 V200 D01's with the 2801 Pro and have now moved on to an old Trex 450 with a 201RX
