cx2 just gos to the right no mater want i do :? can anybody point me in any direction :?:

I wouldn't be surprised if you had a separated swash plate. It's a common problem on the CX/CX2 but an easy fix.

If you can, post some pictures of the lower head and swash. It shouldn't be too difficult to diagnose the problem.

Check the mechanical integrity of the swash and the ball connections. Are all the balls there? does the swash look together? If you hold full left rudder and slowly spool up does the top rotor turn? if you repeat with full right rudder does the bottom rotor turn?

Has it ever worked or is it brand new?
What changed? crash?

swash plate is good , can't tell about the motor . i took it apart inspected and reinstall all parts can't find problem :? :? :? :( :arggg:

Yes, but when did it start acting the way it does? Did you crash? Did it spontaneously quit working correctly? Did it ever work correctly? We need a bit more info. :wink:

You may also want to check your servo movement while not trying to fly the helicopter. Plug in a battery and see what happens when you move the right stick. Are both servos moving as they should or does one seem stuck?

ok..does it spin to the right or just it lean right? does this only happen close to the ground or does it happen when you're 2-3 foot off the ground?

If you are on the ground and it "leans" to the right then it's probably ground effect (normal), If it Spins to the right does it spin left if you move the LEFT stick to the LEFT? If moving the LEFT stick to the LEFT makes it spin the other way then follow the instructions in the book to adjust the Gyro.

We'll do more when we get some clarification.

Had the same problem. Easy fix.

1) pick up CX2
2) throw it to the "LEFT"
3) just kidding!

The easiest fix for the CX2 is to remove canopy and tail body. Both servos should be 90 degrees with power on and swashplate should be flat. If it's not, remove shoe from foot, proceed to pound CX2 into submission! (Again, kidding!!) What I did was reset the arms from the first hole on the servo arm (least control) to the last hole on the servo arm (highest control - most movement, easier control). After doing so, I adjusted the arm lengths so that in neutral position, the swashplate was parallel with the heli. The Tx control was much broader, as the initial settings on the CX2 are for minimal movement, so by changing gearing, there's a lot more movement. Be prepared for this! From that point, the adjustments on the Tx took over and my CX2 can hover all by her lonesome.
