Does anyone know where I can get an adapter to connect my Equinox balancer to my FlightPower EVO 20 3-cell LiPo? The connectors are different sizes. If I could get the correct connectors, I could make an adapter, but I don't know how to specify and locate the connectors.

I have exactly the same problem - an Equinox balancer that I'd like to use on a Flightpower pack. I have a feeling that there may not be an adapter available, because the Equinox seems to use one power and three ground wires, while the Flightpower pack requires one ground and three power wires (for a 3S pack). Is it best to buy the Flightpower balancer to balance-charge their packs?

1 power and 3 ground and 1 grond and 3 power are actually the some. The middle connections are attached to the connection between each cell, the ends are connected to the end cell tabs. Only thing different is the color of the wires.
If they are new packs, they have a TP type plug and Ready Heli sells the TP to DN adapter that is the proper conenctor, although you might need a reverser. Common Sense RC sells both the adapter and reversers.
The Equinox has reverse polarity protection (personally tested :) ), so if you hook it up and the lights don't light up, add the reverser. I have packs with all sorts of plugs and use various combinations of adapters and reversers until things work.
If you have packs with the old proprietary FP plug, contact FP and get a FP to TP adapter, then use the above info to adapter from TP to Equinox.

I use the Astro Flight Blinky TP adapter (I believe the new FlightPower packs use the same balance connector as the TP packs). I trimmed a notch in the 3S DN connector which came with the Equinox and the Blinky adapter fit fine. I picked up the Blinky adapter at my LHS for $4.

One of these: http://www.commonsenserc.com/product_info.php?cPath=32_39&products_id=85
And you may need one of these, even if not, they are good to have around in case you need them or want to scavenge the conectors: http://www.commonsenserc.com/product_info.php?cPath=32_39&products_id=198
These are nice if you use a Lipo Sack: http://www.commonsenserc.com/product_info.php?cPath=32_39&products_id=197
Or you can buy the combo of the reversers and extensions for a couple of bucks cheaper as: http://www.commonsenserc.com/product_info.php?cPath=32_39&products_id=199

http://www.b-p-p.com will make adapters for you. They're the same ones as needed for the Hyperion LBA6.

NO, only the second two are in the last package. You still need to buy the first item separately.

Wow, that's strange. Their service to me has never been anything but damned near perfect. There was one time they forgot to put something in my package, but they forgot to charge for it too. When I emailed them, they sent the item to me right away, and didn't charge for it.
And then there's the time I forgot to order something I needed to include with one of my orders....and when I contacted them, and asked them to add it to my order, they did so, again without charging me.
I hope that you'll try to follow up with them a little more, but I understand if they've left you wary. I hope they can fix that for you.
