I am going up date my CSM 540 with a 7000T or a 611. I like the 7000T because I have 2 8700G but I dont want to throw money away. I have heard that even Curtus uses a 611. I did have a 5000 and it was not great. I did do a search and most what I found was old. So folks let me know what you think. :dontknow

There is nothing wrong with the G7000T. It is as good as the 611. I own two of them. Don't let this secret out. :wink:

I'm using the 7000T also, it is a great gyro!
There will be a new JR gyro though, the G770T with the 8900 servo. It is even smaller that the 401 but it should perform better than the 7000T. JR is not sure about the release date, but is should not be too long.
I saw one site where you can backorder that gyro for 200 euros, so no bad price.
BTW that price is may be wrong because the gyro is not on the market yet.
You could wait for that one?
