I had this set at one time but my computer took a dump and I had to do a complete recovery. the sticks are so sensitive I can't fly for to long.how do I tone it down?

Go into to edit the aircraft and setup up the exponential (expo) to ~ 30%.
Aircraft\Edit (aircraft name)
The edit screen opens.
Open Software-Radio on the tree
click output channel #1 and change the Expo during high rates to 30%
click output channel #2 and change the Expo during high rates to 30%
