Hi,
Anybody know if the recordings made in Phoenix can somehow be made into movies that anybody can watch?
I attached an example, an auto I did today with the TRex600 if you're interested. Just rename the extension to rec

there is a program called www.fraps.com trouble is it takes a lot of system resources so the frame rate in the sim drops a fair bit.

Well that worked, but it's generating huge avi's.
Do you, or anybody know how to compress this to a reasonable size?
I've got a sequence of about 20 seconds and it's 380MB big... :-(

RonI recommend you ask this again in the video forum as, that is their bailiwick.
However, I use the Windows Media Encoder (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/forpros/encoder/default.mspx) to convert from AVI to WMV.
