I've seen lots of different gears for the main motor abailible from 8t-12t. Whats the difference?

The higher tooth count, the higher the head speed. However along with that, the higher amp draw from your battery, and through the 4 in 1. From my experience the 10 tooth seems to give the best performance, without too much of a chance of burning out your 4 in 1.

yes, the higher the pinion, the higher the headspeed... BUT... yes, there is a but, i'll come to a point where the gear ratio is too high and you won't get enough torque thus reducing your headspeed as well, this is bad as it'll draw more amps and reduce your headspeed and bog your motor at the same time. you will want to put maybe a 7.5 fuse on the main motor when trying higher gearing to not fry your 3 in 1.

i can't justify what is the max as my lipo is dying, but i'm just getting inverted hover down so don't need insane power, also i'd like to. (i will get a tp910 soon)
