Has anyone any experience, knowledge or information on these helix?
Thinking of the Bravo SX as it is scale looking.
The heli looks a little larger than the msr, more mcpx size.
Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks, Mike.

Mike,

I just got this heli myself a week ago. I got the dark blue one from Club Heli. Came with a case (looks like a pistol case), wall charger, spare blades and two batteries for $109.00. It was either this one or the mSR but I picked the Bravo SX for the scale body look and it was slightly less expensive. Note that the body is not as thin like most helis like the mSR or mCX2, its almost like a scale model but not as thick either. Overall its a decent heli but a couple things stand out that I didn't quite like at first. One is that when the heli is in a still hover it leans to one side. This is explained on another forum (RC Groups, theres a thread there all about this one under micro size helis). The other is that its slightly tail heavy so when it flies forward it doesn't tilt forward like the actual heli would. Not a big deal really but it makes it a little harder to land. The TX has two rates, one fast, one faster. Inside I use the lower rate as its pretty quick. It flies pretty decent and I've only seen videos of the mSR flying so both seem about the same speed and as far as control I can't say as I've not flown an mSR, I'm not sure how it reacts flight wise. Take off has to be fairly quick or it will fall over but I think a lot of helis are like that. My Blade Tandem is one. Other than that I'd recomend it. I'm used to coax helis mostly so this is still a learning thing for me. Its pretty responsive in flight and on the fast rate, very fast. Like I was saying, almost too fast for indoors so I've crashed a couple of times but no damage. I've yet to take it outside and let her rip. Club Heli is here in the states in PA so for me in Maryland it was here only on the third day after ordering and they have all the parts for it as well. This is a big thing to me should I need replacements. I'd give it a try and I tend to think Club Heli would make good if you had a problem with it. I've bought from them before for other parts and such but this is the first heli from them. Good luck and check out the other forum to read up on it. Thats what I did before buying it. Hope this helps and sorry so long a reply.
