Bell-Hiller mod question

I am doing the bell-hiller mod on my lepton, I have drilled and tapped new hols 2.5mm away from original holes. My question is do I also have to move the position of the ball on the blade holder?
and how much will I have to adjust the rod length 1/2 turn, 1 turn etc?

You can move the balls on the blade holder closer inwards, which will give the fastest pitch response, but you have to turn the link 1/2 larger, if I remember correctly.
