would be nice if the main gear is 110-120t. I have a brand new HKIII 500kv just installed in my 700E that will be going in the X7 as soon as its in my shop... Hope its available early this spring. our flying seasons are only 6 months here and want to have the whole season to fly that bad boy....

Loving how all the pictures we have seen for the X6 and X7 have been with Edge blades :peace

Loving how all the pictures we have seen for the X6 and X7 have been with Edge blades :peace yep. I have tried a few differant FBL blades and always seem to come back to EDGE. they just seem to have the best overall performance. not to pitchy and not to slow. you can fly them slow or fast, very diverse blade for sure. when we opened our store, that was one brand blade I was most excited to carry... SAB are great too, but I just like the EDGE fbl stuff better..

Well I guess I am going to have to be the first to call this one ... FAKE... You can tell by the way the video looks that it has been sped up a good amount . I would have to guess 25-35%. Probably a great helicopter but lets get real.

Chris i tend to disagree. If it is sped up, he has a hell of a slow piro rate.
Same thing was said about the first X5 vids and we all know how slow that is in stock form....not :Bang:YeaBaby::YeaBaby::YeaBaby::Bang:wow2:

I'm sure more vids and info aren't too far away :banana
I just want to get my hands on one and see in the flesh

The video and heli speed looked to be about on par with any other high performance 700 electric in the hands of a pro

It would be nice if they bothered to get something better than a cell phone camera though.

just remember this new X7 just like its little brother X5 are true 3D performance machines . they have a perfect power to weight ratio along with prescisionly made componants which also gives these heli frames great strength without flex. you only have to take a close look at the frame width for eg; approx half the width of most other brand named helis . they both have my vote. :YeaBaby::peace:thumbup:

I'm sure Gaui will do a few options with kits and what they include.

I'm loving the frame design, also looks like there is no set way to setup the electronics as the two setups shown so far are both different to each other, the only common denominator is the battery location.

Gonna have to get a raise soon to get one of these

maybe not that one included Dave

RCM website shortly before the exposure of the heart is the X7 own power, and now we will be following it on the X7 ,5020-450kv the size of the corresponding narrow side appears under the gigantic, and aluminum "X7" plaque is a clever completely balanced over the entire visual.
5020 The motor torque has a very strong symbol, but according to the message, there may be more up to upgrade to the 5025 level, which is stacked by a 20mm silicon steel increased to 25mm, then certainly superior power output.

Any word on a pre-order date? whats your best guess from previous releases like the X5, how long did that take after the pics were released before it hit the market?

7th of April 2010 was the first X5 vid i downloaded, i received my kit end of June. Some were out before that.

freeky timing Gaui ....... why does it all revolve around you northerners getting warm weather??
We have not freezing weather all year round. Please send one now...it won't freeze and will be flown LOL

Not long at all. I'm guessing mid to late June... though i want one yesterday

Did anyone notice the boom support position in the rcmania pics??? This is why you always check and assemble a heli yourself!!! :)
Great quality pics though with great detail. Looks verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry light, though strong. I like the replaceable lower frame bits. Will keep crash costs down to a min

Yeah. I am hoping for a pound lighter than my 700E pig..11 pounds 3 oz. is as light as I could get the 700E with VOLTZ 5100 45-90C packs, could get it under 11lbs with the voltz 45-90c 4500's.. hoping the gaui X7 is going to be around 10lbs or a little over... I may be reaching though... Well I can dream... Would be sick to have a 90E with 3 times the power of a nitro and the same or lighter weight...

I've seen this numerus times before. Have a look at Henseleit for example. Although he was not the first to use this kind of swash driver.
