Hello,

Ive been trying to get into contact with bergen over the last 3 weeks about a parts order that I placed on the 8th of Feb.

I received a conformation on the 8th that my order had been received and would be sent, but my emails asking about the status of my parts order have bounced back with unknown email address.

I have tried 2 pm's on helifreak to Chris over the last week, but they have not been responded to either. Rang the number on the web page today twice, but only got a voice mail message. I don't even know if I got the right number, because the voice message doesn't even say if its Bergen.

I'm want to cancel my parts order that I placed, and try and use my local Australian dealer to get my parts, but I want to make sure that I don't double up the order.

All of these problems with trying to get in contact with bergen is starting to make me annoyed. It should be a lot more simple than this to get parts.

Are you Stephen Rossman?

If so, I'm here.

The only message I've gotten was your initial order, I sent you a reply to check with the authorized Australian Dealer for Bergen to see if they had what you need.

I'll check with Maryann in the AM to see if you're order has been shipped, and send you a message here on HF.

Very unusual. Must be a crossed wire somewhere. Just order some parts myself recently but I got them directly. I can't ever remember getting the voicemail so I can't say what the message is.

Hello Chris

I don't know what is going wrong but I have been trying to use this email address
bergenrc@verizon.net with no luck.

I have had no troubles with any other emails, and have been using the same isp for the last few years.

I don't have any attachements or macro's as part of my emails, just plain text, so It doesn't make any sense to me why my emails are not getting thru.

The number I use to call today was 0011 1 269 445 2060
The voice mail message was from someone called Tammy? and she was away from her desk, leave a message.

Could be a problem here with our phone company maybe? Is there an extra country or state code number I need to put in front of the 269 445 2060?

In any case, please cancel the order, as I will now use Noel to order my parts.
If the parts have already been sent, that will be fine, please just let me know.

As for the pm's here, they haven't worked for me either. Ive tried on my home computer, plus my work computer, same result. Both of them seemed to work and are shown in my sent folder, so I don't understand why they didn't get thru.

Thanks

Stephen Rosman

Stephen,

I just received an e-mail dated Saturday the 24th!! Something is slowing down your e-mails.

I am receiving other e-mails with todays date, so possibly the slow down is on your end....
