I'm kinda in the Futaba camp but I got to thinking, what is JR's flagship radio now? 9303? 10X?

I noticed I haven't really heard of any rumors of a killer, large screen, 20 channel 14MZ equivalent from Horizon/JR. I know something must be in the works I just haven't heard anything. Are we waiting for the Spektrum sales to flatten out?

There are rumors of a 12FG from Futaba from the Nuremberg Toy Fair but I didn't see anything from JR. I'm often out of touch but it been pretty quiet from JR. Did I miss it?

10X, but they are so killer yuo need a different one for each heli, airplane and glider.

So most people go with the 9303.

With XPS and Slektrum about to release 2.4GHz SS modules, this will work for a while.

they are so killer yuo need a different one for each heli, airplane and glider LOL, actually I read in many pages 9303 has more functions even compared to 10X (e.g. model memory etc).

Although there is not much I need more from current 9303, I think it's about time JR renewing their flagship to comparable feature/function of Futaba 12 or 14, if it's just for PR.

Maybe that will come with 2.4 then or better many frequencies 2.4G and 72/40 MHz, today's mobile phones can do different frequencies (800MHz, 900MHz, 2.4Ghz) and modulations (2G, 3G, EDGE) in the same box as well.

Well I am buying my first JR radio, after being a Futaba nut for a long time and even owning a 14MZ.

I sold most of my stuff prior to deploying to Iraq, but just ordered a complete setup (electric Trex 600) to fly over here and decided to give JR a try. I really need something to help relieve the stress and I love flying so what the hell, if it gets shot down at least I wasnt in it hahahaha :D

We have seen some "spy" pics of a JR 12 channel radio. It hasn't been announced or released. It looks a little like a 9303. If that 12 channel ever comes out, that will likely be JR's flagship radio.

For my money, the 9303 beats the 10X on both price and ease of use... not to mention that the 9303 does all three aircraft types.
