How realistic?

I have Clearview, and think about upgrading to Phoenix.
How realistic is it? In clearview, if i trim the heli correctly, it is as stable as a marble on a table with only VERY little movement. Real helis moves a lot more than the helis in Clearview, so more correction is needed.
How much more realistic is Phoenix? Can you feel the ground effect?
Does it need small adjustments all the time like real helis?

I have Phoenix, the hovering seems pretty realistic and is adjustable, as is the ground effect, there still seems to be some difference since I can fly much better on the sim, I can say I fly my Rex better since getting the sim, I would recomend Phoenix, you'll like it :D

Phoenix ordered. Cant WAIT till it comes.
Which version am I getting?. Will I need an upgrade?
If so, I would prefer downloading it BEFORE I get Phoenix, cuz I live in Greenland, and its nearly 100MB to download. (takes time, I dont want to wait for it with my copy of Phoenix in my hands)
