I'm heading to my first semi-local funfly next weekend. I'm looking forward to meeting some HeliFreaks there.

My swag idea is to make some sticker like the standard convention nametags ("Hello, My Name Is...") but with a helifreak logo on the top.

We could then each put our HF screenname on the tags and walk around and meet each other.

It wouldn't make a lucrative product, because each member only needs one. It might be a good promo idea for IRCHA: make a big pile of them and hand them out to people who come by and want to show the colors.

Anyway, that's my idea. i have some small HF stickers around here somewhere and might just make one up for the weekend.

Thanks for the suggestion "trickybit":clap I'll check into some sort of reuseable carrier for the "name tag" rather than the self adhesive one-time-use tags.

All I would do is make up a badge if you are using a cut and print style like I use in my shop it's simple to set it up so the name will be printed with out changes being made to the org. design. if not that is where print and cut vs silk screen is king.

I got a plastic badge holder off the last funfly. That, a small HF sticker (which I have) and a name printed on white should do the trick. Maybe something more robust and reusable would be interesting, but I don't know what that would look like.
