Those screws are a pain, the screws only have a depth of like 1/8" if that. If you have a metal seesaw then use blue loctite, I get it snug If its too tight back it off a bit, then let it sit over night. Try to get the flybar where it still moves freely up and down. I found that new screws often help, I had to replace mine all the time. The aluminum screws are cheap and get reamed easiely.

You could always use some red loctite, it shouldn't come loose then.

I've fixed mine by removing (flat metal file and measure with a digital caliper- file & measure....) .1mm (1/10mm) from each side of the center hubb, it allows the tophat spacer some movement even when the screw is in all the way. It does not cause any perceptible slop, though this will depend on how much material is removed.

can't help a bit on the problem your having but I like the mt dew bottle in your gallery it matches the green wire wrap and wire ties

Are you running the plastic seesaw or aluminum?

On the aluminum one you can use longer screws.
I remove the bearings from the seesaw and install screws (with locktite) that go all the way through to the inside of the seesaw then carefully run a drill bit down the center to get the clearance for the fly bar, then reinstall the bearings and flybar.
Combine this and windbender's fix and you should be good to go.
