600MX Electronic Timing

Guys, what should the electronic timing be set at in the ESC for the 600MX motor - low, mid, or high? I've searched through this form and also googled it and can't find the answer.

Mid or High will work fine. I would go with mid timing.

Castle and Viper recommend Mid or Low 8 or 12 PWM with this and similar motors.
High will work fine for more power at greater current draw.
