Hi Guys - Finally got my JR10 radio, think the guys at the hobbyshop thought I was kidding, being a 14MZ person.

Anyhow, in finally assembling, the lower swashplate, I have the two outboard linkages at 58mm. With all items squared, when I go to attach the "A" linkage, at 58mm length, I am off by about a ball dimension. With these screwed all the way down, probably 56mm, still off by 3/4 of the ball on square. What am I missing?

FYI: I am using 8311 servos with the small round wheels, and have the balls on the forward (group of six) on each side.

Linkages are on all surfaces as specified via ball link center post measurement tool.

Must be missing a small "link" somewhere so obvious!

Thanks for your help.

Tom

I think what you are doing is using the older measurements for the old style elevator control arms on the new mod "A" arm elevator controls.

Your "A"arm linkage should be around 67 mm from the bottom edge of the "A" arm to the center of the ball link hole. Then your outboard linkages will be around 58 to 59 mm . My manual says 59 mm on outboard links .

Thanks Larry:

I will go at it and set up accordingly! Will probably have a few more questions, just want it right!

Thanks Again!
