Hello everyone. I would like to thank Charlie at Advanced Energy (Thunder Power) for his great customer service and excellent batteries, chargers, and balancers. I had some minor issues with some Li-po's and sent them back for examination and testing. After about 2 weeks I received a package in the mail with replacement batteries for the ones I sent in. No questions asked. This is how business is done and I think they set the standard for customer service. I will continue to support Thunder Power, knowing that they stand behind their product.
I am in no way saying that they will replace an abused battery, however they will take care of customers that are not taking advantage of them.
