Hey.. this sight rocks..
I am in the middle of building a Hornet X3d (first heli).. All Alum upgrades from MScomposit.. Microheli tails servo mount, horizontal fin/mount, bell crank and Microheli tail gear case. I HATE GLUE!

Note- Microheli tail slider horn would not fit on the blade grip "pins"... the holes are to small.. hmm.. ended up using MS stock slider/horn with the alum bell crank from Microheli.

Note- Microheli fins are going to break.. I know it.. hmm.. Maybe I will fashion one out of an old Visa card.. heh... it will look like my heli is sponsored by Visa! .. heh... or cut some out of CF....

commonsense lipo 1250 mah 10c

The Microheli tail gear case was very hard to put together.. so many tolerances to deal with.. :arggg:

A tip .. if you need a new spacer (I sanded mine to short) pull apart a Bic pen and use the end of the tube that holds the ink! It fits perfect! Just roll an xacto on it for a bit and it will cut off nice and clean... then sand to size...I am not sure if that has been said by anyone else.. But if not... I am glad I could contribute. This forum has really been helping me so much.. Thanxs...

I just got my DX7 and love it even though I have not even used it.. I can't wait to spin my blades up...

been practicing on G3 for a year now...

Well the Hornet can be a handful but all the sim time should help.
