I still think the wiring is a bit messy so I need to work on that. What do you guys think of it?

I probably am lol, how do you determine if you are tail heavy?
Edit:
well this kinda bugged me so I did somewhat of an expiriment. I took the heli out on the flattest surface I could find and found out it was a bit tail heavy. However this was tail heavy without a battery installed, so I put my cellphone in the battery tray and that fixed the tail heavyness right away. My LG VX9800 weighs about 147 grams which is much lighter than any battery Id install in my Logo.

Lift on the flybar with middle of your fingers. Put fingers straight and simply hold them close to the head equal distance. The lift carefully and watch to see if you are nose or tail heavy. Of course once you see where you are at you space and move components around to make the center of gravity good. Make sure to have the canopy on as well and battery in the frame and everything that is needed to fly. The once you find the battery position take a marker of some sort and indicate on the rail or side somewhere that spot, from that point on your cg will be bang on and you should be good to go.

Or another method which I use is to (if you have a spare boom or something like it) put it under the skids, center under the shaft, let go the heli (it should be leveled) and see which side drops.
Then you can move the boom/rod forth and back to see how much/where the CG is.

A Hacksaw will get rid of that extra weight of the tail.
