It is my understanding that lipo batteries have a very low discharge rate when not being used. With that said is it best to charge lipos right before you fly or days before you fly. :dontknow

If you are leaving them for a long time, say a month or more, it is best to leave tham at 3.8 - 3.85 volts per cell.
Other than that, you can charge as soon as you finish flying (once the packs cool down) or just before you go flying, whatever works best for you.
The only thing against waiting to charge is if you get any self discharge you can run the pack too low and ruin it.
I charge after flying, so if I get a chance to fly, I am ready to go RIGHT NOW.

Actually, Charlie Wang of Thunder Power said to store them at this level if you are not going to use them for a couple of days.

Did Charlie also say what speaks against storing them fully charged for couple of days or even 2-3 weeks ? Maybe affecting capacity in long run or ...? I just wonder how important it is ... it's a bit a pain to reach this 3.8/cell if it's not automatically terminating. Thanks,

1) 1010C will auto terminate the charge or discharge at .85 volts if you ask it to.
2) You will lose pack capacity over time with storing fully charged.
