This is a prototype 3-D HAVOC by the same designer of Chip Hyde's Raptor available from Hobby Lobby. The price should be approximately $50.00 and comes in an ARF kit. Electronics will be sold seperately. There will be some minor design changes as this was one of the first prototypes. It is not available as of yet. The expected release date is 01 Dec 04. It will be sold by Sean McMurtry's dad Mike at "Mike's Models" in Oklahoma City. I don't believe he's taking pre-orders. Just first come, first serve.

The following is what I'm using but not exclusive.
AXI 2208/34 motor
AXI 22 series mount
10X4.75 APC prop
Castle Creations Speed Control
Futaba R124F Micro Rx w/micro inputs (requires short FM crystal)
Futaba 3108M Micro Servos 17 in/oz w/Micro Plug
2 cell 7.4 V Li-po 340 mah (you can use a bigger pack but too much weight makes it fly a little different) You will probably want to order 3 or more of these packs because you only get approx 5 minutes per flight)

And odorless CA and kicker for build and repair!!

You can fly this outdoors in calm winds but it is mainly an indoor flyer. With some practice it is capable of some really radical 3-D flying. Frank and Jason Knoll will be flying them at the JR IMAC event this coming weekend so you'll be seeing a lot more of it real soon! I will give updates if there are any changes.
