Default ESC/BEC advise please...

I'm working through a HC500 build, almost done, and need advice on a ESC and BEC. The HC500 came with a 1320Kv motor, not sure yet on batts, 6S were suggested, but might run 5S, ( no where near a 3D pilot...) I have had good success with a CC100A Phoenix ICE on my 500 clone, but was thinking this time of going with an external BEC. I'm half tempted to go with the CC ICE 100A again, this time with the pro 20A BEC added.. but I'm new to these set ups so any advice or opinions would be greatly appreciated. I've heard good things about Hobbywing as well, but again, I'm new to this area...The HC500 will be running three Hitec 5245 servos, and a Futaba 9257, a spartan ds760 Gyro, and the 1320kv motor. Thanks again in advance...
Mike

I use the Hobbywing 80A with his internal Bec with success.

My setup is:
Inno-Labs 260MG Servos (Cyclic), Futaba 9257 Servo, Spartan Quark Gyro
and Outrage 1320Kv Motor.
