Just recently I have had problems with my OS .32.
I could let it warm up forever but once I get over 1/2 throttle it wouldn't do anything; eventually sagging then dying.
This might be the culprit:

Yep
How many flights on it?

I'm not actually sure how many flights, but I know I have over 30 hours on it.
I was told if it was run hot for a long time then it could do this. Last summer I was having cooling problems and it was running well in excess of 300°
What I'm hoping to do is just find a cheap [but good] engine on sale and get a whole new engine instead of a $58 piston and sleeve.

just buy the os 37, more power.

That's what I was considering. I was also looking at just upgrading to a 50.
I plan on getting into "3D" BY this summer so I might just get the .50 Rappy upgrade so I don't have to worry about it and get the .50 Hyper?
HHHmmmm....

You can 3D with the 37, you just need collective management.
Consider your budget, to go to a .50 you'll need the conversion, blades, engine and a muffler.
swapping to the .37 you just need the .37.
More cost effective in the long run to go to the 37 now, and build a new .50 machine without carrying over any issues you have with your airframe.. ie: wear, and slop.

Yeah there is always new better and other helicopters to buy. No need to hurry to a .50

That sounds good. I might just go with the 37 then. I knew when it first came out I wanted it.
I guess it would be better just to do that and during the summer just get a .50 Rappy or something else?
I have JR537s so I dunno how they would even handle the loads of even just a roll or loop.
In any case, I can't use this sleeve anymore: IT'S SHOT!!

I had a Toki 40 and it was nothing but problems.
It leaked from the Carb, it leaked from the carb screws and they finally stripped. It leaked from the needles screws as well, replaced all seals, but after a couple of flights leaks again. After chasing the tunning back and forth I decided to pull the engine and give up on it as a bad job. Also note these engines are also called Air Supply .40 in the UK and they are the same :arggg:
Having siad all that on the odd flight when the tunning was right and no leaks, it had a lot of power and pulled better than my OS .37 :dontknow
