I am not too interested in doing any massive 3dz to be honest. I really enjoy just flying the heli around and such but I am really interested in doing some AP. Nothing major , I don't want to do it as a business and I don't want to spend a bijillion dollars either.

If any of you have the time would you put together a list of Items I might need. I have a 9303 TX and a trex 600 . still trying to decide on hw many cells to run I am thinking 8s atm.

List of things I think I will need. Feel free to copy and past this list and add what item you think would be good. also feel free to add to it

6s. 8s, 10s ?

Camera.. ?
Mount .. ?
Uplink...?

not a long list but it's a start

Thank you

I'll try, based on what I have read.

Camera: Canon A640
mount: Askman
Stabiliser: SpartanRC AP2000i
Downlink: Whatever you like. A $50 Chniese one will let you frame the pic, with low resolution. To view it on the ground, bottom end is a small LCD like those for playstations, up from there the sky is the limit.

That should get you on the track at least :)

aaxis,

You might consider using A123 batteries for AP - they are real safe and inexpensive ($100 per battery or so). I use A123 10S with HV85 ESC. Also use Pentax A10 camera with Hexpert Prism camera interface. Askman mount.
