Well I finaly got tired of buying tail motors! After going through 12 (yes literaly 12 tail motors) I settled on the Fiego 5300 Bl with the DD setup.

I know I'm not the first but, I gotta say so far the BL tail is awesome! I'll post a pic with my hillbilly frame mod.

I made a 1/32" alum. plate (about 5 grams) for mounting the two ESC's ,chopped the stock landing skid supports/ added superskid legs and skids and moved the canopy outabout an inch. I like the look personaly, everyone has there own taste lol. It sits lower and with the canopy extended it has a wannabe rexy look LMAO. Anyway I think its cool.

I would love to see other peoples CPP so please post your pics!

I like the CF fin... And nice flip on the DD tail mount! Took me a few seconds to realize why the tail looked so different!

Which ESCs are you using? I JUST picked up a PARK 370 BL for my "modder" CPP, but havn't gotten around to the controller yet...

What's your total weight now?

400 grams. A bit heavy I plan on trimming it up now that I have the bugs worked out. I'm Using a Pheonix 10 from Castleworks on the tail and a Thunderbird? I think its called on the main thats also made by Castleworks. Personaly I thinkthe Pheonix on the tail is a must because of the castlelink programability. I'm a noob though so there may be better or at least as good one's out there.

I can probably get rid of 50-100 grams of weight in loose wiring and the like (hopefully)

I think I told you before, but your blade looks awesome. The blue looks really good on it. If I can get my HoneyBee CP2 flying correctly again I may do some paint and add some lights. I heard that the HoneyBee King canopy fit the CP2, so I might just get that and paint it, much more sleek looking.

Great job on the blade! :glasses2:
