Finally got my servos for cyclic and collective. Wooo Hoooo! I decided on ACE DS1015s. I could not pass up on the awesome specs, the great price, the sharp looks (Look at that aluminum case!), and lot's of recommendations. I will not be wanting for torque with these servos! Now I have everything for this bird.
The servos look even better in real life than they do in their advertising pictures. The case is a nice chunk of rigid aluminum with fins cut into it. So much better than any other case I've seen. And all the hardware uses hex heads and not philips, even the servo horn bolt.
And of course you can't argue with the specs:
201 oz-in Torque and .11 sec @ 6V.
I did a simple math analysis, and the specs at 4.8 volts are:
159 oz-in Torque and .13 to .14 sec.
Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeet !!!!!
Now to finish this build and get this bird in the air!! :happyd

More pics. Links are all on. Tail is setup. 6100 gyro/servo figured out. Main tank and header tank installed. Muffler mounted. I'm waiting on some 3:1 heat shrink tubing and I need to get some servo extensions.
I've never used servo extensions before, where can I get some high quality ones for digital servos???
